After all that sufferings, i have to use the forum of consumer complaints for the issues I am having for the last one year. Looks like you guys keep on providing poor services so that customer calls you up and you ask for money as visiting charges everytime. This is not a good customer satisfaction you are providing. Customer is a customer even if he or she is one is number.
This is the mail i have sent to you but no resolution on this. However, tried to call all the numbers I can get but no one helped as usual.
As discussed, We are having continuous signal issues in our Society for the last one year now. Everytime we have to call the engineer and they ask for Visiting charges even through we don't have individual dish in our society. It's a common switch and dish. There is no point that company asks for money from single individual everytime even though we have issues from common connection of the area. Apart from news channels no other channels are clearly visible. Few of them are not at all available like Star Plus, Sony, Zee etc... I would request you to think of permanent solution instead of temporary ones everytime and asking for Visiting charges everytime. It really creates a frustration level to call for poor signalling and pay for it as well which should be proactive from Videocon side bit it's not.
Looking forward to hearing from you and permanent solution on this issue.
