Videocon D2H — poor services of videocon d2h | |||
Hello, After the TRAI order on channel selection was implemented, Videocon D2H service provider is harassing me like anything. My customer ID is[protected]. I m unable to see the channel that I want to choose. My monthly package was changed to 800+ per month which I never opted. Whenever I called and mail to customer care they are unable to provide any response on this. I logged a complaint with customer care viz. complaint no.[protected] but still not getting any response.
