this is bring to your notice my customer ID is 80480260, my D2H switch off from 15-sep, i am file the complaint on customer care, they send the engineer for checking. engineer come on dt 17.09.14 & replace the part, total estimate is Rs 550 including service charge Rs. 150. we pay the amount to customer & received the msg and D2H service on but in today morning (18.09.14) we again recd the msg that your services terminate due to non receipt of service charge Rs150. again i call to customer care & he note the complaint (No[protected].
i don't know which kind of service they provide to customer, i am pay the all the amount & already recharge the D2H before due date then why the service not given.
if they are not able to give the better service, please refund the amount. i am 10 time call to customer for the same. but still my not given any solution. Was this information helpful? |
