Videocon D2H — Promised for installation but denied saying local cable operator issues

Hi I paid total Rs.7000 for videocon d2h installation after waiting for 3 days they called me and told that they are afraid of the local cable operator and so they cant install it. Even if they have to install it then i should pick up their service engineer and drop him in his place. What kind of customer service is this?? are we slave for those people or why are they opening a company when they don't have the guts to face the issues in business.

I didn't get any mail or id anything from your side...I just got 2
Messages stating that the service ppl will call me. In that i was given a
WO ID 22602317. Customer id is[protected]. Till this day i didn't
Receive my money. When i called the customer care, they were not able to
give any answer. All of the sudden now i get a call from videocon saying that i should
send a mail and call online sales for my money to be refunded. Now let
me ask, why the hell should i call and send a mail to them to get MY
MONEY, when they don't have interest in accepting the customer. Now they
are not ready to even pick my call..Sheer non-sense.
