I didn't get any mail or id anything from your side...I just got 2 messages stating that the service ppl will call me. In that i was given a WO ID 22602317. Customer id is[protected]. Till this day i didn't receive my money. When i called the customer care, they were not able to give any answer.
all of the sudden now i get a call from videocon saying that i should send a mail and call online sales for my money to be refunded. Now let me ask, why the hell should i call and send a mail to them to get MY MONEY, when they don't have interest in accepting the customer. Now they are not ready to even pick my call..Sheer non-sense.
