Videocon D2H — Re installation of d2h

Hi, My name is lingaraju and my cust id[protected]. I shifted to new house recently. So I raised a request on 2nd jan. reinstallation of d2h machine. Its more than 1 week, still I am waiting for the product to reinstall. I nearly called about 6 time's from 2nd jan, everytime they are creating a new requestid with expect resolution time but there is no response after that. I will never recommend anyone go with videocon d2h. I already paid 2200/- for videcon, now I want my money back. I don't know what to do.
