[Resolved]  Videocon D2H — re: satellite tv & dth complaint

Dear sir/madam

My name milind kadam. My videocon d2h id[protected]. I recharge my d2h on 03/07/2020. I got channel mismatch issue in d2h. I complaint in d2h for the same. After 2 days service engineer come to my home & repair d2h connection. He replace addepter rs 25 & service charge 200 which i paid cash to service engineer but next day i got msg from d2h that your recharge is end then i call to d2h customer care for low balance that time they was told me we deduct 200 rs service charge from your recharge. I told to customer care executive i already paid 200 charge to your service engineer. They told me you have drop mail on our customer care mail id & customer care executive cut the call. I drop mail to customer care but no one be responding on my mail & same customer care executive also not responding my cell. From 7 days my d2h connection is not working
No one be helping on my complaint.

Please help me to resolve my problem. Do the needful.
