[Resolved] Videocon D2H — recharge error on videocon d2h website | |||
The videocon d2h webesite has been revamped. First of all it did not accept my login password. I reset my password and tried again whereby login was successful. This indicates their database integrity error. They lost earlier information. This is not a main reason to complaint. I attempted 3 times to recharge online using credit card thru their payment gateway and all 3 times the site threw frustrating security error. See the attached screenshot. Ironically see the screenshot, they are still displaying the old customer care number that has been taken out of the service. I have raised a complaint thru their customer care. I expect timely resolution as i have just 2 more days left to recharge and online credit card payment on their site is my preferred way of recharge. Was this information helpful? | |||
