6th november i re-charged 900 for d2h. It took to wrong customer id and surprisegly that is also in my name and not connected to any plan. I have wrote to [protected]@d2h the asked more details i have provided, but no response from them after words. Called customer care number 50 times, every time they will listen and promise to respond but no resolution and no answer from them. Details here, now my correct connection also disconnected there is no tv coming for me from one month

Very poor quality of service desk, the do not have any issue id to track, every time need to explain, some times they say there is issue they are working to resolve and some time they say issue is not there hence again recording the issue.
[protected]@d2h will give auto reply that in two days issue will resolve, but never ever reply by the team
