Videocon D2H — Recharged amount is not credited

Dear Sir, Yesterday i.e. 19/08/2014 I have recharged videocon d2h through net banking of sbi but i have not receive the balance yet.I told my problem to customer care by telecalling but they told me that your account has been not recharged. I have recharged with amount of 260 I am attaching you my sbi a/c statement for your further refrence. Please try to resolve my problem as soon as possible.
