[Resolved] Videocon d2h — Refund cheque not received | |||
My VideoconD2H (customer id[protected] connection was cut due to poor product quality (faulty remote) which they refused to take responsibility. My connection was cut on 26th August 2016. I got a call from the backend team informing that I shall receive my refund cheque. I updated my correct address and spelling of my name to send the cheque. However, it has been one month the cheque for amount Rs.3770 (as informed by the backend over phone 10 days ago) has not arrived. Even after repeated phone calls and emails to customer care there has been no deliverance of the refund cheque. Kindly ensure that I receive my due cheque with the correct amount at the earliest. Soon festival season will come and if we are out of town, then it will be the perfect excuse for videocond2h to say that because the customer was not at home, we could not deliver the cheque.
