Videocon D2H — regarding automatic activation of channels and no updation in account

Hello,
My d2h customer id is[protected], i have been selected 'mera wala plan' in this the channel which i have selected they are not showing in my account and some different channels are activated which i do not selected and as i spoke to customer care they replied the channels are selected automatically, which is against the trai rules on selecting my channel again the error message show (Copy attached), kindly guide
I have been requesting again and again but no action is taken from your side i think i have to approach consumer-forum for justice,

Respected nodal officer,
my name is lokesh pal, customer id[protected], registered mobile no.[protected] / [protected]. previously i am using gold maxi plan but on 1 feb 2019 as per TRAI rules my channel plan changes to some other bouquets pack (many bouquets) are activated on my connection without my permission, i keep on complaining regarding this that i have not activated these channels and the channels that i am selecting are not activated by the d2h, it takes lot of time and the same bouquets pack is activated due to which my account balance got nil, this means i pay for those channels which are not selected by me and on requesting the customer care no good response is received, neither channels selected by me is activated nor the channel automatically and forcefully migrated / activated by you is removed .
In this regards i already email to customer care but the result is nil .
It is requested to you to kindly refund my money and activate my channels which are selected and submitted by me only .otherwise the option left with me is consumer court or complaint to TRAI.
