Videocon D2H — regarding non implementation of new trai rules | |||||
Dear Sir/Madam, My name is Arun. I'm using Videocon d2h from last few years. I recently called the customer services of Videocon d2h regarding the new tariff rules made by TRAI. But they replied saying that they don't have much information about the same. This is absolutely a lie. Even the customer care service is not customer friendly. They converse in Hindi only. They are not giving preference to other regional languages. So I kindly request to the authority to give strict order to follow the new tariff rules made by TRAI.
