I kindly inform you that on 22 July 2022 while recharging my Videocon D2H account (customer ID:[protected] I mistakenly recharged to my old Videocon D2H account (Customer ID:[protected] by recharge of 155₹, 50₹ and 99₹.I request you to kindly give credit/transfer of amount to my Current Account.[UPI transaction IDs respectively:[protected],[protected],[protected]]

I think they did call me but I was just not there to pick up the phone. If you provide the correct information, they will resolve your problem even if you don't pick up the call, and yeah the experience was awesome.
