My videocon d2h customer id is[protected]. I have recently shifted from murugeshpalya to hsr layout sector 2 and hence raised a request for relocation on 30th march 2016. De-installation happened on 31st morning around 11 am and i took the dish with me to hsr layout. Now the re-instalation is pending for 4 days and today is 3rd april. On 1st april a guy named satheesh had come to do reinstallation but his attitude was pathetic. In my apartment terrace access is not allowed after 6 pm but i had made a personal request based on which he was able to access the terrace till around 7 pm. But he was not able to complete the installation and insisted that he will come the next morning to complete it.
Next morning on 2nd april i called customer care and asked them to send another personnel before 5pm to resolve this issue and they promised that it will be completed. When nobody came i somehow spoke with yusuf from bannerghatta region manager and after listening to my issue promised me that somebody will come on 3rd morning to resolve my issue, but again no response the next morning.
Then on 3rd morning (Around 9:30 am) i tried calling customer care again and spoke to fatima who again gave a false promise to resolve this within 8 working hours. During these conversations i constantly kept telling to send an executive before 5 pm due to society constraints but nobody took a note of this. The engineer came to our premises at 6:15 pm which was too late and hence had to return.
It is now 4 days and i see no signs of this issue being resolved. I have already lost 3 days of recharge and rs 400 worth money which was taken while de-installing the dish. The worst part is that these people dont even care and simply say that you may forward your complain to anyone but none will help you
I am completely frustated and want to ensure that is forwarded to as many people as possible so that they avoid taking videocon connection. Will also share this on facebook & twitter. Was this information helpful? |
