Videocon D2H — removal of multiroom connection

Sir i want to deactivate my 2nd connection my customer i'd is 91135391 and my registered mobile no is [protected]. Sir i have tried calling you many a times and i am not getting any response from your lame helpline no. Pls deactivate my 2nd connection on this i'd as i am not using multi connection for now. And there is no other way to contact you your customer care service is very bad, how can i contact you. And i am not able to select my pack from your d2h mobile app, they are asking me to contact customer care
