Videocon d2h Sattelite Service — service has not been provided against recharge of rs 300 on 27 mar 2019

Sir, I had been used Videocon d2h service from 2013 to may 2015 but due to my shifting, and personal problem I couldn't used this service till mar 2019, but Now I want to use this service, so I recharged Rs 300 on my customer id[protected] on[protected], but I couldn't get the service till now . I called customer service approx 10 times, and also registered many complaints against it, but no results.
