Videocon D2H — selected channels are not displayed even we did payment of that channel

Hi there,
Since last 2 months, i am facing issue with d2h service.
I did contact with customer care number, all the time their number is busy.
I did contact through mails also, but no reply from their side.
What action should i take to resolve this issue?

I have done recharge of all the included channels but the channels are not displayed.
