Videocon D2H — service is very poor

sir my customer id is[protected] . I can install videocon d2h on 14th july 2015 to signal not available . i complaint the customer care then he given work order no[protected] and he tell his engg. visit next day (15.07.2015). but the engg cannot visitt.then i again complain to customer care the they said given again complaint no[protected] and she is tell visit next day (16.07.2015). but the engg cannot visitt.then i again complain to customer care the they said given again complaint no[protected] and she is tell visit next day (17.07.2015) .the customer care behaviour is so bad they cant talk properly they can harash me.the service is very poor and they can make fool of the customer.please take action of these type company which make fool and total harash to the customer
