[Resolved] Videocon D2H — Service not supportable | |||||
Hello Videocon d2h My customer id:[protected] I'm not able to view the channel due to no signal issue and made a complaint on 18th Dec'16 - still no service provided to resolve and today morning I called service center regarding the status on complaint but they respond as complaint cancelled due to autocall not responded after beep, but the truth is the autocall disconnected before beep itself twice and the error with service provider and pushing fault on customer side and they asking 5more days to resolve the issue, for all those non service providing days (approx. 10days daily rental is deducting without any guilty), I need this to be resolved immediately reference complaint#:[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||||
