Videocon D2H — Service not working properly after so many complaints.

We hv recharged our TV on 3rd Dec2015 @ 11pm, it worked for 2-3 hrs but since morning of 4th Dec.2015, it's not working. we hv called up the custmer care so many times earlier they're saying that fault at their side, but now saying that we hv to bear the engineer visit charges. now i m fed up by their behaviour. Neither they are telling their office address or any particular place where we can talk to them. every time the new executive picks the phone and give different suggestions. pls. look into the matter and help. thanx & Regards Rajat miglani [protected]
