I requested to re-location purpose call booked form[protected] complaint no.[protected] than daily so many times complaint booked to call center but problem not rectified till date on.02/05/2019. So please provide service as early as possible and action take against videocon company.

I updated my videocon d2h customer ID 80391629 on 25 Apr 19 for 651/- and called up /emailed customer care to activate New Diamond HD pack on the same. However, even after 3 days there have been no activation and no.answer by Customer Care...pls update
