[Resolved] Videocon D2H Service — Without customer permission service activation and detection the amount | |||||
VEDIOCON D2H call center executive call me and describe many scheme like d2h cinema, active music world and he was convey for activation this services but i was not giving any type permission regarding activation any services .but he was active this services without my permission . and when i have recived activation message in our mobile then i was contact vediocon d2h call center and register the complaint (complaint no[protected].but today vediocon d2h executive calling and tell me your deduct amount not refunding. i have all proof like executive recording.so please i want justice. We would like to inform you that Add On D2H CINEMA and ACTIVE MUSIC WORLD was activated on basis of outcall done from our end on your RTN on July 30th 2016 & same was activated in your d2h account on July 30th 2016 Since then we have not received any request for deactivation of same Add on from your end till Aug 6th 2016 & this service remained activated on your account for 7 days ,however same already has been cancelled on Aug 6th 2016.
