[Resolved] Videocon D2H — Services not providing as per monthly tariff | |
Dear Sir, Greetings..!! With request i would like to share my immense disappointment from the services of Videocon d2h as they have now started the business of robbing the innocent customers. My customer ID of Videocon d2h is[protected] and i m using there services from more than 08 years but what is the most disappointing part is i m recharging the set top on every month before due date but they are least bothered about the services which they are providing. hardly any channel is coming on a monthly pack of INR 364. whenever i used to call up their customer care number they used to fool us by quoting that they are refereshing the command for the set top box from their end but ended up with nothing. If there could be a problem with the Dish than all the channel should reflect as no signal on TV but only limited channels are coming and rest channels are reflecting as No signal or service not available. Everytime their customer care executive tell us to book a paid appointment for network engineer to get this problem solved. But whenever engineer visits he will hardly check the dish antenna with signal meter and tel usl all is fine and take the INR 300 for service charge which is almost equal to our monthly d2h tariff and finally we are ended up with paying twice with no services rendered from them.
