This is to inform that I am a long term customer and using your services.my services were suspended as I did not complete the recharge, without delay I made the payment and waited for the services to restart but did not start so I contacted Customer care and was told that the problem was from my side and technician needed to be sent to resolve the issue and i had to make payment to the enginner.every two or three months getting same problem. Every time i had paid to d2h technician.now i feel that this type of technical error accurs intentionally by the service provider to collect 200rs.I am surprised that despite the fact that home chennels and Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha Tv which are free channels were working fine i was getting a message of E18-4 which indicated Insufficient balance which proves that the problem was from your end but the executive was not ready to listen or help. I am surprised with your services and this logical that this is a problem related to insufficient balance. I have decided further not to continue with your services. Please refund my amount of Rs 100 which I payed for the recharge. I would advice you that if you continue with this kind of service then the day would not come that all your customer's would leave you. Please make arrangement for the refund of my Rs 100.
