For videocon d2h - this is regarding cheating by your 3rd class company videocon d2h
During 25-26 jul -2020 i had call to customer care from my rtn [protected] inquiring for stream android stb as i wanted to upgrade from my current hd stb to stream android stb their to my surprise that executive gave me false information that it cannot be upgraded i have to apply for new connection if i want stream android stb as i had doubt i asked again an again but still she gave me false information.
So, finally after this irritating experience i made biggest mistake by trusting videocon d2h services and did payment of rs.3999/- using rbl bank credit card that too using other rtn as [protected] as being existing user my old rtn not allowing same.
I made payment on 26-jul-2020 18.26 p. M. Then i wrote mail next day on 27 th jul 2020 as i did not get any confirmation on my mail or my new rtn and that time i came to know that up gradation could have been done by just recharging of rs.2499/-. And i have been fooled by customer care executive which costed me rs.1500/-.
And even after so much worst experience today is 01-aug-2020 till today i have not got any confirmation or call for installation i have been chasing like fool just to get stream stb even after paying higher price such pathetic service providers you peoples.

And if not capable of same them refund my payment of rs.3999/- immediately.
And in case if you do installation then remember following things to do
My current balance of cust id[protected] is rs 242/- to upgraded stream as i do not want to incur loss of same and for upgrading as communicated by you its rs.2499/- but i have made payment of rs.3999/-.
It's better you cancel and refund me at earliest so that i can get services from another service provider
