On 2/08/17 i bought new setup box from videocon d2h through company authorized technician and from the date its not working properly. I called them continuously from 3 days but they are responding properly and and no one called me regarding the complaint. Now i"m fully unsatisfied by their service. Again they are asking 8 more days to solve the issue. Complaint numbers are
