[Resolved]  Videocon D2H — Signal issues and channels mismatched

We are customer of videocon d2h since 9-10 years
Cust id 99385173
But we are facing signal problems since last 2 months. We raised complaint on 27th November 2021 Req.No[protected] for signal not available as we are not able to see any channels and if available the language issue is there.
Then the service engineer asked us to change set top box. We bought new set top box as per their recommendation but still same problem next day. I again called and some new guy came this time and said they need to change lnb and he even asked us not to raise complaint again. As our issue will be resolved once they change the lnb.
But we got no response since then. My last months recharge is wasted and even we paid the charges for set top box for no reason. And now we are getting call for next recharge...how shameful service from Videocon d2h.
I request please look into this matter and do the needful.

You can call on the same mobile number (RTN) any time. We were getting only recharge related calls, so avoided receiving them for sometime.
