Videocon D2H — Signal not available for few channels

We have been trying to reach your customer care for last 4-5 days, no complaint has been filed, they keep disconnecting my call. I told th that half my channels are coming and half channels it is showing "signal not available". The money i paid for my subscription is also getting wasted and on the top of it there is engineer visitation charge i have to pay... That is so unfair. What kind of customer service is that? I have loose so many days money and now i have to pay extra. Ridiculous it is!!
