Videocon D2H — signal not available - service charge issue

I am using videcon d2h services[protected] for more than 8 years, recently i have been relocated and paid the charges as per relocation policy. Since today morning (17 aug 2018) i am getting signal not availabe on screen upon calling to customer care they are asking for the charges for engineer visit. This is not my issue, you need to check and troubleshoot this, why i should pay for the engineers visit??? Its your duety to provide uninterupted service to customers, we are paying you every month by recharging services. This is really unprofesstional behaviour.
