Dear Sir,
I would like to share here that I am getting very frustrated & annoyed due to very casual & irresponsible approach of your Area head, Mr.Aman Kumar & distributor of Videocon d2h products, Ajmer District, Rajasthan. We had a problem in the Product on 16th July 2014 for which we registered a complaint regarding this directly to distributor, M/s Yogesh Electronics, shop no.4, Near Martindale Bridge, Station Road, Ajmer. The Distributor sent an Engineer namely Mr.Saleem Sheikh to our residence on 18th july 2014 to sort out the problem for which engineer had charged Rs.150/- & told if any problem arises in product within 3 months he will treat it without charging a single penny.
Now from last 10 days we are facing a problem of "Signal not available" in our Product & when I again contact to the same distributor he is saying that the engineer will charge again & he gave the no.of Mr.Saleem Sheikh which is not responding. At the same time when I tried to communicate your Area head Mr.Aman Kumar, he also takes the favour of the Distributor.
From last 10 days I am very disturbed due to this & my job is also being hampered. This is my final mail to you if this problem will not sort within 24hrs I will register this complaint in CONSUMER COURT. The contact no.of above said people are as follows:
