my customer id no 8890819. i had opted for platinum package for one year which includes all the tamil channels.
but now i"m not getting jaya tv channels. when i enquired your service through mobile they said i have
to pay extra charges inorder to get the channel. when i opted for the platinum package no such options
were said bt now if you people have changed your package details then its your problem. how can you
ask the customer to pay extra money?. i need the channels for the package as such it was registered on
otherwise why cant i sue a consumer case? reply asap.
