Videocon D2H — terrible quality work

I am transferred from Lucknow to Kanpur and contacted customer care for re installation of communication, response was very prompt, engineer has called me up with in 4 hours, which was appreciable.
But work which he has done is horrible, wires are not tucked and aligned properly and when wife said to do so he said, "Isse achcha nahi ho payega" How people can be so rude..
I am attaching picture of the work which he has done, send some one again and fix the gap, for this relocation I have paid 250/- to you and to a brand called videocon.
