Dear sir,
I booked Videocon d2h connection through online on 8 December 2018. On the very next day engineer called me and told that he will come and install the connection at my home on next day, but he didn't came and niether call me.
After 4 to 5 days on 14 December I lodge complaint To Videocon customer care and requested them to please install the connection at my home as early as possible. They have given me a complaint number and ask to wait for one day, but the problem didn't solved. again I complain on 15th December they did the same by creating a new complaint number and ask me to wait for one day, but I didn't got any solution for my problem, like this I lodge 2-3 complain but I didn't got any solution from their side. On 23rd or 24 December I lodge complain to Videocon customer care through mail and wait for 3 to 4 days but there is no any solution to my problem they have not even supplied the item like antenna, setup box etc. to my home. After 3 to 4 days I again call to their customer care I found that they have activated my connection but the connection is not at all installed at my home. Installation is the second step, they have not supplied as I booked through online the item of D2H connection till that day. I told the customer care that how this can be activated, he didn't given me any solution. I ask them to disconnect my service as it is not installed at my home and connection is running but they didn't did.
Afterwards on 3rd January I lodge complain to national consumer care.they guided me to send one written letter to the Videocon D2H corporate office explaining full detail I did the same.
On 11th or 12th January 2019 Videocon engineer again called me, and told that he will come and install the Videocon connection to my home on that day. I asked him that are you sleeping for 1 month? and how you have activated my connection it is not installed to my home?
He told to me that the connection is being activated automatically. when I asked how it is possible that it is not installed at my home I have not received any item related to that and the connection is activated. he told that this is the way to provide the service and we will do like this only because the connection is being activated automatically.
I told them that in my letter to D2H corporate office I have demanded refund for my amount so I don't want the installation you return the full amount what I paid at the time of booking. He Requested me that sir I will come and install today, I told him that I have already demanded my full money refund so I don't want installation please refund my money. He told that ok sir will get your money 2 to 3 days but they are not return my money till today. afterwards Videocon engineer didn't called me and when I called to his number he is not responding properly or avoiding to talk to me.
Afterwards also I lodge number of complaint to Videocon customer carebut till today they have not refunded my money.
Today morning I got a mail from Videocon D2H that there is no any provision of returning the amount and they are saying that your recharge has been completed and you should recharge the connection. I reply to that mail that I have not used a single day your service, after booking the connection through online you have not supplied that come to my home till today and you are saying that your recharge has been completed how it is possible.
Sir, here I am lodging this complain to ask help from you please help me in this matter, because it is approx four month time there and they have not provided me proper solution
I will attach the screenshot of my booking of Videocon D2H through online & also the number of complaints Which I lodged to Videocon customer care.
