Videocon D2H — unable to migrate to our own pack

Dear sir,

I have been trying to select my own channels as per trai guidelines. After selecting when i am trying to submit, it shows " your pack is not migrated due to some technical error. Please contact [protected]@d2h.com
If i try to contact customer care number [protected] either the number is always busy or they are not responding properly. They are asking us to keep trying until the submission gets completed.
If i try to write to [protected]@d2h.com one preloaded message is always being sent without understanding what the query is
Very poor services. I get irritated and unable to watch any of the channels for the past one week

For now Mera Wala plan is not working at all i think . They are still about to adhere to TRAI rule. I have tried many times but did not work. through website it does not work at all due to technical error..Only solution is Try their suggested "Combo packages" through D2h Infinity app only and submit it. after that tap on the refresh button. It will work immediately !

Customercare is helpless. They should be instructed to tell customers that Customer defined channels or so called Mera wala plan is being implemented properly by the the technical team. And by that time please try our own suggested combo packages.
