I have tried to recharge my d2h account many times but the process isnt working.
I have manually tried to choose channels and add it to the cart. On confirming and proceeding t payment, the screen shows -"we will get back to you". This problem has happened last time also.
Why cant you guys fix a simple problem like this? Inspite of many calls, no one attend to this number-[protected] and none of the emails are replied. All other channels are so user-friendly and the customers have no problem but your company creates a lot of trouble for its customers.
It is requested that the customer id[protected] be recharged with the channels which i have chosen.
