Videocon D2H — Unable to watch the channels, even after paying full recharge amount as well as relocation

My Customer ID is 91704266. We requested for Videocon D2H relocation on 29th April 2015. After following up continuously day and night for 15 days, our relocation request was completed on 14th May. We paid a relocation amount of Rs. 300/- to the D2H engineer and a work order 32563276 was generated, which was closed on 14th May. After this, we recharged our account on 20th May for 'New Diamond' pack for one month by paying Rs. 385. But after only 7 days, our amount in our account was exhausted, and we were asked to recharge again. When we inquired about this on 26th May, we were told that a amount of 300 was deducted from our account as a relocation charge. When we told them that we have already paid the engineer, they said the amount will be reverted back till 29th May. From that day we are following up daily, but it of no use. we are just transferred from one executive to other with no results and wasting our time. After talking, explaining for hours with the customer care service, our account is recharged temporarily for 1 or 2 days, assuring us that our deducted amount will be reimbursed back to our account. But, it was never done and we atil keep wasting time talking to the customer care. So, even after paying Rs.685 bucks(300 for relocation + 385 for recharge), we are unable to watch anything, and just listen to meaningless reasons from call center executives. In fact, if we count the recharge amount we lost for 15 days for relocation, as D2H relocation was not done, then we have lost Rs 985, without getting any service for it. I fail to understand, is the time from 14th May till 31st May(16 days) not sufficient for you guys, to confirm from your engineer, that we have paid the relocation amount to him? For the fault in your system, you are making us suffer and the worst part is we paid you guys for this suffering. I'm daily talking to D2H executive from 29th April till date, just because i'm unable to watch/avail the service for which i have already paid for. The D2H service is pathetic and now I'm really regretting having this connection.
