[Resolved]  Videocon D2H — unauthorized charges deduction

Videocon d2h has deducted rs400/- towards "service charges posted for your account" and disconnected the dish connection on april 17, 2019, even though i had paid rs 450/- to the service engineer for the installation of the dish on march 08, 2019.

I have shifted the house and had called the videocon d2h customercare at their service number for reinstallation of the dish. They were not picking the call so i had to email the details for reinstallation. The d2h responded (Email copy attached) and the service engineer was send for reinstallation on march08, 2019.
I was asked to pay rs450/- for the same and i handed over the cash to the service engineer
I booked a complaint no:[protected] with customer care regarding the disconnection on april17, 2019. They said the matter will be resolved in 24 hrs.

As nothing happened i had to call up the customer care again and they informed me that since the amount paid for reinstallation of the dish has not been credited to my account by the service engineer so they are contacting the service engineer to get the amount rs400/- credited.

Same thing was repeated for next one week and nothing happened. When i called them on daily basis to executive transferred to the superviser and the same thing "will be resoled in 8 working hrs" was repeated. Next the call was transferred to the manager who also repeated the same and promised me to resolve in 8 working hrs.
On april24, 2019, the manager (Manoj) said that as i have no proof of payment, he will try to resolve the matter in 8 working hrs.

To my utter dismay, whenever i had got any service like reinstallation or problem in the dish orientation etc they asked me to pay the service engineer the amount and they never send any bill or proof of payment to me.

So i request you to please look into the matter and resolve the same asap.
