Videocon D2H — Unauthorized deduction of money from the pack actually consumer selected | |||
My ID[protected] and the running pack is south silver. I recharged on 14 Apr 2015 for Rs. 380/- for 2 months whereas the services has been terminated on 15 May 2015 on completion of one month. Accordingly I contacted your customer care centre through the local vendor from where I recharged and your people informed me that some HD channels are activated to my account and hence the problems are arised. In this connection I submit that I never applied for the services of HD channels and the HD channels are activated to my account without my consent and I demanded for refund but the customer care people expressed their inability to do so and they confirmed that HD channels are deactivated. However, I again recharged for Rs. 180/- (south silver pack) for one month on 15 May 2015 with the presumption that the above problems may be happened due to oversight. Today I got another shocking information from your customer care centre that " my services will be terminated on 02 Jun 2015" whereas I actually recharged upto 15 Jun 2015. This is not fair. Videocon D2H services deducting our hard earned money unauthorizedly. I want refund otherwise your company will loose not only one customer ... Regards.
