Videocon D2H — Unethical behavior and unauthorized collection of money | |
Sir/Ma'am, I am a user of videocon D2h service and have a connection in Puducherry. I have been noticing for the last 4 years that every after 6 months a technical problem is created for my connection and on contacting the service provider through their toll free number technician attend the issue and collect Rs. 200-500/-. Recently, I recharged my account on 24.10.2021 but still services have not resumed. Technician collected the service amount of Rs.200 without rectifying the issue. Attendants of toll free numbers are not giving any assurance and disconnecting my calls. Nodal officer number is also switched off.
