On 05 jun 16 at 1800 hrs on switching on my STB the remote was not working. so i called on customer care no. [protected] for compliant. i told the rep about my problem he did his best to resolve my problem but no fruitful solution do i thought to check my remote from nearby and found it serviceable. again at 1840 hrs i called to customer care to lodge a compliant for STB. the rep while lodging compliant told me about the service charges and i told him that just lodge my compliant i will pay whatever applicable but the rep told me that i have to listen to whatever he tells and he will not lodge compliant untill i listen to him. this is totally unethical as when i am ready to bear the charges then what is the need to explain me about the charges on phone, where the phone bill is also running no one will refund my phone bill. and then i told him to divert my call to his senior but he disconnected the call.
later after about an half an hour i called again to talk to supervisor and requested a call back from supervisor as he was busy attending calls. the rep told that he will call me back. but after an hour he didn't call me.
so again i called and firstly i got my compliant registered and got a ref. no for repair. and again requested to transfer my call to supervisor and asked for a reference no but the rep told that ref no. is not available for call back from supervisor. so i told that then without disconnecting my call pls fwd my call to supervisor. the supervisor took my call after a long wait for about 10 min and told that he will call me back and look into the matter.
but till now i.e about 01:30 hrs past but he neither called me nor provided me with the ref no for the compliant.
pls do look into the matter for providing ref no for whatever compliant a customer books at the customer care no. Was this information helpful? |
