[Resolved]  Videocon D2H — unnecessary charge of 800 rupees and not yet refunded

I have called for the engineer's visit as i had a technical problem in set top box. Engineer visited and changed set top box as it's picture tube burned and taken 800 rupees from me for set top box change and service charge. After that on 16th november suddenly my videocon d2h account went into switch off mode, after that i have recharged my account with 300 rupees still channels were not coming and my account was showing -97 rupees. For confirmation i spoke to videocon d2h customer service representative and he said it is charge of 450 rupees have been done for engineer visit and set top box that is 200+250=450 rupees. After i explained to d2h customer service representative about 800 rupees which had been taken by videocon d2h engineer while he visited at my home then the customer service representative of videocon d2h calaculated total amount that is 800+450=1250 which was taken by videocon d2h from me where's the actual charge should be only 450 rupees. And then the customer service representative of videocon d2h assured me that i will get refund of 800 rupees within 08 working hours. After that i have spoken for so many times with d2h customer service team, their supervisors and their managers repeatedly they are giving assurance that i will get my money back and always saying routine dialogues like 8 working hours and apologies. It is 11 days time left still they are saying to wait for 08 working hours, 24 business hours.

They failed to solve the issue
Please do the needful to get my money back.

चार दिन से डीटीएच सिग्नल बंद हे.सिग्नल सॅटॅलाइट डीटीएच मे नही आ रहा है. और कंपनी के कस्टमर केअर से पुचने के बाद वो पूरी तरह से गलत बाते बताकर फोन का डाल रहे है. तीनशे रुपये का रिचार्ज मारणे के बाद बॅलन्स आया नही.
