[Resolved] Videocon d2h — Unsatisfactory services | |||||
In the span of 3 days i have raised 3 complaints with the customer care of videocon d2h stating that my d2h box is not working. Every time i call they say that their engineer will call me in 24 hours. It has been 96 hours and i did not receive a call from them. Also, they are charging my account for the services which iam not using and which are not restored. Another thing is they increase their fares whenever they wish without informing the customer. One more thing i have noticed is that their call center executives will not say their name unless you ask, which i do not think is an ethical in the call center world. With this request iam adding a video and a pictures which it took. Was this information helpful? | |||||
