Videocon D2H — Very poor service

My Videocon id is[protected]. I registered a complaint on 23rd April regarding the signal issue. No one came and 25th, I again made another complaint. I was waiting for their engineer the whole day by cancelling all other programs. Evening one person came and checked the same and told their dish needs to be changed. Except Videocon dish, none of the other disk got damaged. I told them it is a quality issue and raised another complaint for that. Next day(26th) I gave negative feedback for all the customer service executives who called me since they were not able to rectify my problem. I received a callback from their side and told that will be first priority task and they will fix it that day itself. No one turned up. I called the our Bangalore office and asked no proper reply I got. They were talking like humiliating the customer. This is the 5th day. I called the customer care and again they raised one more complaint. Samething. I received another call and same story. I didn't receive any call from the service center after that. If this is the case, I dont want to continue with their service and I want all the money back till now what I spent including the time spent to talk to them by wasting my productive time from my organization. One more thing: From tomorrow evening, I will be out of station for a week and cannot get it done also.

Now they are telling like 23rd complaint is closed by the engineer without solving it. 25th complaint is still open. They are not at all checking with me whether the issue is resolved or not and always I am calling and asking them. Till there is a negative feedback, they are not at all ready to fix the issue. I feel frustrated and dont want to continue with them. I have to get all the money back.
