While watching videos in my d2h channels after 201 movies channels are freezing from last month and many a times i have called customer care they have not provided me any solution.

Hi,

I have raised a complain for my 4k led TV.
Customer care are saying they don't have any record for warranty on my tv serial number.
I am not sure I brought a duplicate TV or videocon people are started cheating.
