I have raised a complain for my 4k led TV.
Customer care are saying they don't have any record for warranty on my tv serial number.
I am not sure I brought a duplicate TV or videocon people are started cheating.

Kindly correct name from avinash nayak(wrong) to Ajay Naik as surname is spelled wrongly
