This week we had a problem, the STB BOX started hanging up every day for 2 hours between 11am to 1pm, so we called the customer care, after long argument with the customer care they accepted to send the engineer for a free service, when the service person arrived here he did just updating the software in the STB BOX, thats what he did and then the box started working good.when i told them this is was communicated as free of charge service ..the service reefused to accept, then i refused to pay since i was told it was free service.immediately after 2 hours the service was cut saying that the i refused to pay the service charge
Why should a customer pay for the mistakes of the company.
