We were continuously calling for customer service for videocon d2h. Firstly no one was responding to calls or mails.
This is very upsetting. Once we could connect to customer care, those people were not ready to reply properly. They were purposefully keeping us in hold when we were sharing our concern.
We were kept on hold for half hour.
Being such a big organisation, behaviour towards the customer is very irrelevant.
This forces us to switch the service. Definitely we will no longer use videocon service and will not suggest people around us to use videocon service. Was this information helpful? |
