Videocon d2h... Everytime there is a problem they take away our box, do some research and force us to buy another one. This time the problem kept persisting and the customer care department kept disconnecting my phone. Extremely frustrating. The technicians are not even able to comprehend what notifications come on the screen, they keep calling someone for help or ask me to read out what comes on screen and their seniors keep arguing that the problem is at our end. I told them that I shall not buy the new box because the problem persists with the new box as well. Now they have switched off the services, because we are not buying a new box, dadagiri!
