My pre-selected mera wala plan was rs. 261/-, on 16/06/2019 i recharged my videocon d2h account by 100 rs. But it not work, therefore i recharged my account by rs. 261/- i. E. Total recharge done at rs. 361/-. But still i could not see my pre - selected channels, i called customer care and again recharged star package i. E. Rs. 49/month., customer executive said this package amount will be deducted from my account which was rs. 361/-. Next day no any channels from star package as well as mera wala plan was running on my tv. Again called customer care executive, he said combo pack is activated on your account. Which have total amount of rs. 485/-. I rigorously tried to contact customer care executive but they not replied me properly. I also tried to view mera wala plan details by mobile application i. E. D2h infinity, but there is no any provision to view our plan details. I requesting you to please view in matter and take an appropriate action for that.
