[Resolved]  Videocon D2H — Videocon D2H error message E04-4 Smart card not inserted properly

I am a consumer of Videocon d2h. My Customer ID is[protected] and I have raised a complain for error message smart card not inserted properly (E04) with the customer care department multiple times. Every time they said we have raise the comand wait for 15 minutes but nothing happend and after that they told me to visit engineer will resolve this amd for that you have to pay Rs.200. The same issue occur previously 4 months back and customer care resolved this.

This is totally harrasment by the company they want money for nothing.

Kindly resolve this.
