Videocon D2H — videocon d2h hd box not upgraded for more than 4 days | |||
Videocon d2h support confirmed that HD box will be upgraded from SD within 24 hours, once I have paid Rs.999. Even though after money is paid, the issue is not resolved for more than 4 days. I am calling customer care every day and they are giving time till 7.30pm and no one visited home to fix the issue. very pathetic customer service. I need to disconnect the connection and need the refund. this request also they are NOT providing. Was this information helpful? | |||
